SHIPPING POLICY
At NBO, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless from order to delivery.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped within 2–8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delays may occur during periods of high order volume or carrier-related issues.

Shipping Costs 
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Worlwide Shipping 
We ship orders from Europe, the United States, Asia, and Switzerland, depending on the destination and product availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 10 days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at team@nbo-official.ch with your name and order number.

International Orders 
For many international destinations, orders are fulfilled from regional warehouses close to the destination, with duties and taxes typically included.
In some countries, local customs regulations may apply and additional fees may be charged by authorities. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
